1999 was the facility’s first vintage. The winery produces Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, and a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend called Rancho Cuvee, all under the Catacula Lake label. Newer vineyards of Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc vines have also recently been planted. The current permit allows for an annual production of 25,650 cases.
